On Wednesday, I received the coffee cups I ordered. PS: How do you process & ship your products so fast? I was amazed at having the delivery today!

Great service, great product.  My "Mug" was received today, and I couldn't be more pleased.  (I ordered it on Friday, received it the following Monday.   WOW!!) 

Question...are these "fired"  ie, is the copy permanent?
